The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator to grow our presence across West Michigan by building trusted relationships and connecting families to high-quality, private-duty home care. This role blends outreach, client engagement, and light marketing strategy—all grounded in our faith-based mission to serve with dignity, compassion, and excellence.
Your Core Focus
Drive qualified inquiries and referrals, guide families from first contact to care, and represent Leaves with professionalism and heart.
What You’ll Do:
Community Outreach & Relationship Building
- Build and maintain referral partnerships with hospitals, senior communities, churches, and local professionals
- Conduct regular drop-ins, presentations, and follow-ups
- Keep relationships active, warm, and consistent
Client Engagement & Sales
- Meet with prospective clients and families in person
- Assess needs, explain services clearly, and guide them through onboarding
- Maintain strong relationships with current clients to support satisfaction and referrals
Marketing & Brand Presence
- Manage social media content and posting schedule
- Support website updates and basic SEO efforts
- Ensure all messaging reflects our faith-based, dignity-centered values
Events & Representation
- Represent Leaves at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
- Occasionally attend evening or weekend events
Tracking & Accountability
- Track outreach, leads, and conversions
- Provide simple weekly reports on activity and results
- Align efforts with leadership on growth goals

- Strong conversion from inquiry to active client

Who This Role Is For
- Experience in healthcare, senior services, home care, hospice, or relationship-based sales
- Comfortable building trust with seniors, families, and professionals
- Self-motivated, organized, and purpose-driven
- Enjoys a mix of field work, relationship building, and strategy
- Aligned with representing a faith-based organization
- Prior experience in healthcare or relationship-based sales/outreach strongly preferred\
- Strong interpersonal communication, listening, and relationship skills
- Comfort managing social media, basic SEO concepts, and simple digital tools
- Ability to create clear, professional marketing materials (flyers, presentations, basic Canva designs)
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
