Operations Executive (up. 3k) at GoGoX

What You Will Deliver

• To handle incoming calls and requirements from drivers & clients

• To be responsible for order taking, route planning, and driver co-ordination

• Recruit, train, and induct employees to achieve and maintain a designed staffing pattern

• Driver and customer documentation and filing, update the database

• To consolidate the order to maximize the use of truck and vehicle

• Responsible for on-time connections from WH

• Assist manager in executing daily operations to achieve the monthly and quarterly KPI and business results in the department

• Assist the management in implementing new strategic initiatives as well as contribute with ideas for effectively scaling up the operations

Who You Are

• Experience in the logistic industry, warehouse, trucking company, or freight forwarding industry will be a plus

• Having project experience will be a plus

• Proficient in typing in Chinese and English as there are different groups of clients/customers from different backgrounds

• Fundamental Microsoft Office knowledge and experience, especially in Excel

• Enthusiastic about logistics, technology, and e-commerce

• At least 1 year of Logistic Industry experience

• Able to work under pressure and peak deliverables

• Able to work shift work, weekends, and Public Holidays
