As a Prep Cook, you’ll play a key role in supporting our all-scratch kitchen by preparing fresh ingredients, maintaining organization, and ensuring our culinary team is set up for success each day. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about food, eager to learn, and takes pride in quality and consistency.

• Prepare ingredients including chopping, slicing, and portioning
• Follow recipes and prep lists to support daily service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep and storage areas
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and health standards
• Assist line cooks and kitchen team as needed
• Help receive and store deliveries properly
  

• Passion for cooking and working with fresh ingredients
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Team-oriented mindset
• Prior kitchen or prep experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Competitive hourly pay $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
