The Variel at Woodland Hills is a premier, hospitality-driven assisted living and memory care community dedicated to providing exceptional care, comfort, and service to our residents.

We are looking for compassionate, dependable Caregivers (Resident Care Associates) who take pride in making a meaningful difference every day.

As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support while helping residents maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
  
• Provide care with a strong focus on dignity, respect, and individuality
  
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to leadership
  
• Support medication assistance (as trained and permitted)
  
• Assist with meals, housekeeping, and laundry
  
• Follow care plans and support resident activities and engagement
  
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and safety needs
  
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication
  
• Create a positive, welcoming environment for residents, families, and guests
  

• Full-time and part-time positions available
  
• Must be available for weekend rotations
  
• NOC shift team members must be able to remain alert and responsive throughout the shift
  

• Previous caregiving experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living preferred

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

• ? High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• ? Previous experience working with the elderly in a residential or long-term care setting also
• preferred.
• ? Must be able to read, write and speak English to communicate effectively with residents,
• families, visitors, and other staff members.
• ? Must be able to perform job duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable
• accommodation.
• ? Able to pass the necessary tests (i.e., CPR, First Aid, Food Handlers, etc.) if required by state
• regulations.
