Work in tandem with the Development, Property Management and Construction teams to develop business plans, budgets, timelinesand execution strategies for each asset.

•Take part in due diligence efforts on new developments, directly overseeing areas focussed on operations.

•Oversee and drive day-to-day execution of the Company’s investments including making real time adjustments to strategy, finding value-add opportunities, controlling expenses, evaluating market conditions, managing revenue, and directing staffing.

•Overseeing cash management and cash planning for improvements and distributions.

•Develop annual business plans, rate plans and compensation structures for each asset.

•Develop tools and infrastructure necessary to perform the Asset Management functions.

•Oversee the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting on the performance of the Company’s assets.Perform detailed financial review and present findings to key stakeholders internally and externally.

•Direct retail leasing brokers and negotiate commercials leases for mixed-use properties.

•Work with attorneys and legal teams in negotiating contracts and agreement.

•Work with attorneys and legal teams in overseeing any litigation or legal matters.

•Take part in Investment Committee meetings.

•Make recommendations on capital events including the sale or refinance of the Company’s assets and oversee the execution of those efforts.

•Communicate and interact regularly with capital partners including preparing analysis and presentations for their review.

•Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to drive quality improvement and create value for investors.

•Develop and execute key initiatives that are in-line with business objectives.

•Provide recommendations on process improvement opportunities throughout the Company to minimize risk exposure and improve execution.

•Prepares and presents updates to Senior Leaders and key stakeholders as needed.

•Lead, mentor, and manage the Asset Management team, including setting performance objectives, overseeing workflows, and supporting professional development to ensure consistent execution across the portfolio.

•Establish team structure, hiring plans, and best practices for asset management functions, ensuring alignment with investmentstrategy and scalability as the portfolio grows.

•This individual may also oversee asset management responsibilities for select student housing assets within the broader portfolio.

•Exposure to both multifamily and student housing operations will be valuable in supporting the continued growth and diversification ofthe platform.

EXPERIENCE DESIRED:

•Bachelor's degree required.

•Minimum 5-7 years of experience in real estate, commercial banking or asset management.

•Results-Oriented –has a track record of delivering quantifiable results to the organization (i.e. analyzeopportunities/risks, develop and execute related action plans and deliver results), highly organized and disciplined.

•Proven success in budgeting, financial management, team development, and performance management.

•Prior experience with student housing assets would be highly beneficial.

•High-rise multifamily experience is also preferred given the composition and growth trajectory of the portfolio.
