This role plays a key part in shaping the growth of a fast-moving, multi-site organization by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across salaried and professional roles. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to define hiring needs and deliver effective staffing strategies. The position combines hands-on sourcing, candidate engagement, and process coordination to ensure a seamless and high-quality hiring experience. You will also contribute to employer branding efforts and help strengthen talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs. Working in a dynamic and decentralized environment, you will have the opportunity to influence recruiting outcomes through data, insight, and strong stakeholder collaboration. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes while ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience across all assigned roles.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for salaried and professional roles, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring outcomes
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and structured hiring plans
- Source and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach to build strong talent pipelines
- Maintain active pipelines of passive candidates to support current and future hiring needs
- Deliver consistent and transparent communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and offer management to ensure a smooth hiring experience
- Maintain accurate ATS records, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and reporting accuracy
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and pipeline health
- Support employer branding initiatives, including job marketing content and candidate-facing messaging
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to recruiting operational enhancements
The ideal candidate brings strong full-cycle recruiting experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for salaried or professional roles
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and proactive outreach strategies
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
- High level of accountability, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to assess candidates effectively and apply sound judgment in hiring decisions
- Preferred: experience in construction, manufacturing, or multi-site organizations
- Preferred: familiarity with Paylocity or similar ATS platforms and recruiting analytics
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
