JOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:

• Continuous Product Improvement coordination and execution
• Overall project coordination and progress
• Helping to ensure customer success by correcting product problems

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This role provides oversight, guidance and support across L3 and L4 engineering teams, ensuring projects are planned effectively, tracked accurately, and closed in alignment with commitments. The role also serves as a key interface between engineering, product management, and customer support organizations.
• Can be anything from BOM management all the way to presenting stakeholder updates at various review meetings.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Years of experience: 2-4 years
• Engineering or Engineering Technology; Bachelor’s /Master’s required

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Basic understanding of gas and/or diesel engine operation
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Strong data analysis skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well independently / collaborative member of a cross functional team
• Large gas and/or diesel troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of engine product configuration
• 6 Sigma training
• Familiarity with CSA, EU and API standards
