We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal & Compliance Coordinator to support the management of legal, regulatory, and corporate documentation across the organization. This role is critical to ensuring that key records are accurate, up to date, and easily accessible, while helping track important deadlines related to leases, state registrations, and licensure.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize legal documents, including leases, contracts, corporate records, and compliance files
- Track key dates, renewals, and deadlines related to leases, registrations, and licensure
- Manage state registrations and licensing documentation, ensuring timely filings and renewals
- Develop and maintain systems for document storage, tracking, and retrieval
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all records
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., legal counsel, regulatory bodies) as needed
- Assist in improving processes and workflows related to documentation and compliance tracking
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in administrative, legal support, compliance, or document management roles
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with document management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Crunchafi, or similar)
- Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare compliance, licensing, or regulatory requirements
- Prior experience in a legal, paralegal, or corporate administrative role
- Familiarity with tracking systems or compliance calendars
