A registered nurse provides quality, skilled creative nursing care while supervising, teaching, recording and evaluating the professional nursing care given to patients in the hospital. The patient population primarily served is aged 8 to geriatric. May be floated to other areas to assist in care of all other age groups based on established competencies.
Required Education, Certification, etc.:
- Associates Degree
- Currently licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia (or appropriate compact state license)
- Crisis Prevention Intervention Certification (within 3 months of hire
- BLS
Experience:
Minimum
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
