The position combines executive-level client engagement, business development, and delivery oversight within a fast-paced consulting environment. You will play a key role in shaping implementation methodologies, expanding service offerings, and ensuring successful ERP transformations for enterprise clients. With full P&L ownership and direct influence on team development, this role is ideal for a strategic leader passionate about ERP innovation and customer success. Accountabilities:
  • Lead the strategic direction, growth initiatives, and operational performance of the NetSuite practice, ensuring strong market positioning and revenue expansion.
  • Manage full P&L responsibilities, including forecasting, budgeting, investment planning, and financial performance monitoring.
  • Develop and standardize implementation methodologies, delivery frameworks, and best practices to enhance service quality and scalability.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to support business development efforts, contribute to strategic proposals, and strengthen client relationships.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for executive stakeholders, guiding ERP transformation initiatives and complex NetSuite implementations.
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality assurance, successful system configurations, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for technical or delivery-related issues while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop consulting teams, establishing clear performance expectations, certification paths, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience working with ERP and CRM systems, including at least 5 years focused on NetSuite OneWorld environments.
  • Proven leadership experience within professional services, ERP consulting, or implementation organizations.
  • Strong understanding of key business processes such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • NetSuite certifications such as ERP Consultant, Administrator, or Multi-Book certification are highly valued.
  • Experience with integration platforms such as Celigo or Boomi is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage executive-level clients.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, supply chain, life sciences, or software validation environments is considered a plus.
  • Advanced qualifications such as an MBA or CPA are advantageous.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
