As an SBA Loan Documentation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our SBA 7a team by ensuring loan documentation is accurate, organized, and compliant. Your behind-the-scenes work helps SBA loans move smoothly from application through servicing.

What You’ll Do
- Enter and maintain SBA loan data in SBA and Bank systemsProcess guaranty fees and track loan-related expensesOrder and track due diligence items such as appraisals, title policies, flood certifications, and environmental reportsComplete required searches including UCC, SAMs, CAIVRS, and OFACOrganize application packages into a standardized electronic formatUpload documents to SBA systems and assist with submissionsPrepare SBA purchase packages and SBA litigation plansProvide general support to the SBA team
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GEDProficiency with Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
