  • Acts as the primary technical partner to the Manufacturing Engineer for 'Copy Exact' compliance on the floor.
Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree (A.S.) from two-year college or technical school or military training is a plus.

    • Proficiency in 3D modeling software (SolidWorks/Composer) for assembly visualization.
    • Advanced skill with multi-meters, oscilloscopes, torque programs, and precision alignment tools.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of coaching and developing small teams or managing complex technical projects independently.

Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to interpret complex schematics and fluid power diagrams.
  • Strong analytical skills to solve "edge-case" technical problems without existing documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting to engineering teams.
  • Willingness to travel domestically or internationally (up to 15%) for critical field service or partner site support
