This role sits at the core of marketing execution, shaping how campaigns are planned, built, and delivered across multiple global channels. You will design scalable workflows and operational frameworks that enable faster, higher-quality campaign execution while reducing manual effort through automation and AI-driven solutions. Working closely with Revenue Marketing, Channel Owners, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will ensure alignment across timelines, dependencies, and execution standards. You will also play a key role in strengthening a self-service campaign model that empowers teams to operate more independently. Acting as both strategist and operator, you will help optimize campaign performance, governance, and readiness at scale. This is a highly collaborative, systems-focused role in a fast-moving, global marketing environment where operational excellence directly drives business impact.
You will be responsible for designing, improving, and governing end-to-end campaign orchestration processes that ensure speed, quality, and consistency across marketing execution. You will also act as a key enabler of scalable campaign operations across teams.
- Design and optimize campaign workflows using tools such as Workfront and AI-powered solutions to reduce manual effort and improve execution efficiency
- Lead campaign governance and quality assurance processes, ensuring readiness standards, tracking accuracy, and execution quality before launch
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align on timelines, manage dependencies, and provide visibility into campaign progress
- Develop documentation, playbooks, and training materials to support a scalable, self-service campaign execution model
- Support continuous improvement of campaign operations frameworks, identifying bottlenecks and implementing process enhancements
You bring solid experience in marketing or campaign operations, with a strong ability to structure workflows, manage complexity, and drive operational excellence across cross-functional teams. You are comfortable working in data-driven, systems-oriented environments and leveraging AI tools to improve performance.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, project management, or similar roles
- Proven experience designing or managing end-to-end campaign workflows and operational frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Workfront or similar project/workflow management tools
- Background in building or scaling campaign operations systems, automation, or process optimization initiatives
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders and teams
- Experience using AI tools and technologies in daily work to improve efficiency and decision-making
