Anchor UP Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary: As a Product Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing department’s day-to-day operations and long-term strategic goals. This role involves coordinating campaigns, maintaining marketing materials, supporting sales enablement efforts, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role ideal for someone who is highly organized, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced B2B & B2C environment.

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote products and services to wholesale and retail partners.
• Coordinate trade shows, events, and customer promotions including logistics, materials preparation, and post-event reporting.
• Create, maintain and update product catalogs, brochures, flyers, and price sheets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
• Manage email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot.
• Maintain the company websites and social media platforms with updated content, product launches, and promotions.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or communications role, preferably in wholesale, distribution, or B2B industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and familiar with tools such as Adobe InDesign, CRM systems, or wholesale/e-commerce platforms.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the company’s products and services or industry experience.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems.
• Proficiency with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, or similar platforms is a plus.

Physical Requirements/Demands:

• Must be able to be stationary (sit or stand) for durations of time
• Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment.
• If work is performed in a remote setting (home), must have a designated area for work to maintain focus and professionalism, and a stable internet connection.
• Must be able to travel (conventions, trade shows, etc.) out of state for up to one week at a time.
• Must have the ability to lift and carry small parcels, packages, and other items, and to walk short distances.
