Our team provide Heat pump, Refrigeration, Electrical, Plumbing and Carpentry services to a variety of major clients that range from the education and government sector to commercial buildings and state of the art facilities across the country.
Aquaheat Facility Services Limited, based in Queenstown, is recruiting for a Heat pump Installer.
The heat pump Installer will be responsible for:
- Efficiently, effectively, and safely carry out Heat pump Mechanical installation work, and to ensure that your work meets the relevant quality, budget, and safety standards.
- At all times enthusiastically expedite all works in a professional and tradesman like manner to a level of quality that meets current accepted commercial/ industry standards.
- This role entails working unsupervised, or as part of a team, to deliver high quality Heat pump Mechanical installation works.
- The Heat pump Installer position therefore requires an individual with the willingness to work flexible hours and the ability to manage their own time in order to meet deadlines.
- The Heat pump Installer is further responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for self, colleagues, customers, and the general public.
- The Heat pump Installer will champion the continued development and delivery of the Company's guiding principles.
To be successful, a candidate will require the following qualifications and experience:
- NZ Qualification in Electrical, Heat pump or Refrigeration
- Valid, unrestricted NZ Drivers Licence
- Installation and maintenance of Heat pump, VRF & Mechanical Plant
- Commercial installation and maintenance
- Experience with building services specialising in mechanical systems
- Experience with heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems
- Experience in responding to and satisfying customer requests
- Experience with using hand or power equipment
- Experience working within Health and Safety guidelines
