Dishwasher at LifeBridge Health – Baltimore, Maryland

SUMMARY: Performs a variety of routine manual tasks in the Food and Nutrition department regarding the patient tray line, nourishment area, kosher kitchen, sanitation, and/or retail functions. Duties performed will vary depending on the specific area assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Wash and sanitize dishes, trays, lids, bottoms, silverware, pots, pans and utensils used in the preparation and service of the patient and cafeteria meals. Work on tray line assembling patient trays as needed.
