Technology Sales Associate (B2B / Channel Sales)
Location: In‑Office | Pinellas Park, FL
About the Role
Marketopia is looking for a B2B Technology Sales Associate with real experience in tech sales and channel‑driven environments. This role is the first point of contact for potential business customers and plays a critical part in starting high‑value conversations with decision‑makers, including CEOs and business owners.
This is not an entry‑level sales role. The ideal candidate understands B2B technology conversations, is comfortable engaging executive‑level prospects, and has experience working within or alongside channel organizations, vendors, or IT services firms.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Engage prospective business customers through outbound calling and digital outreach
Initiate conversations with CEOs, executives, and senior decision‑makers
Introduce Marketopia’s services and qualify interest within a B2B tech environment
Work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership to support pipeline growth
Accurately document outreach, conversations, and next steps in CRM systems
Represent Marketopia professionally in all prospect interactions
What We’re Looking For:
B2B technology calling experience (required)
Experience working in or with:
Technology vendors
Channel sales organizations or channel programs
MSPs, IT service firms, or tech companies
Comfort speaking with executive‑level contacts (CEOs, founders, owners)
Experience in channel sales, channel programs, or channel organizations
Background in an IT call center, tech firm, MSP, or vendor environment
Strong communication skills and confidence handling business‑level conversations
Nice to Have (Big Plus)
Marketing experience within IT, MSPs, or technology companies
Familiarity with MSPs, VARs, or SaaS vendors
Understanding of how marketing, lead generation, and sales align in B2B tech
