Mulberry Creek Nursing & Rehab in Martinsville is seeking a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist to join our dedicated rehabilitation team. Schedule: Part-Time, Weekdays; Weekends, 8 hour shifts

What You’ll Do
- Provide individualized, evidence-based physical therapy services
- Help residents regain mobility, function, and independence
- Collaborate with a strong interdisciplinary care team
- Participate in discharge planning and continuity-of-care processes
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience
- Licensed PT or new graduate approaching licensure
- Team-oriented, compassionate, and committed to high-quality care
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
