This role is focused on building and owning end-to-end system integrations across critical business platforms using Celigo and other iPaaS technologies. You will play a key role in designing scalable integration architectures that connect ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and operational systems, ensuring seamless data flow across the organization. The position requires a strong technical mindset, hands-on execution, and the ability to independently manage complex integration lifecycles from design to post-deployment support. You will work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment where ownership and accountability are central to success. Rather than just maintaining existing workflows, you will actively build, optimize, and improve integration systems that support business scalability. This is a high-impact role suited for professionals who enjoy solving complex technical problems and working closely with cross-functional teams.

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end integrations using Celigo (integrator.io) across ERP, CRM, and eCommerce systems
• Own the full integration lifecycle including requirements gathering, data mapping, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, API issues, data synchronization errors, and workflow bottlenecks
• Build and maintain data transformations, mappings, and automated workflows to ensure seamless system connectivity
• Manage and implement API-based integrations (REST/SOAP), webhooks, and middleware logic across platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as operations, finance, sales, and engineering to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Document integration architectures, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure data integrity, system reliability, and security across all integration environments

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Celigo (integrator.io) or similar iPaaS platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, or Boomi
• Proven experience delivering multiple full-cycle system integrations, not limited to maintenance or minor updates
• Strong understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), JSON/XML structures, and data transformation logic
• Experience integrating enterprise or SaaS platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Shopify, Amazon, or similar systems
• Ability to debug complex integration workflows and quickly identify root causes of technical issues
• Strong documentation skills with the ability to define clear processes and system workflows
• Experience working in high-volume, data-driven environments is highly valued
• Nice to have: exposure to NetSuite, EDI workflows (e.g., 850, 810, 856), JavaScript within Celigo, or eCommerce/supply chain systems
