Lead Manager — Real Estate Investment Company (Wichita INC 5000)
Professional Home Buyers, a locally owned Wichita INC 5000 company in business since 2001, is hiring a Lead Manager to own our inbound seller leads and turn conversations into signed deals.
You'll spend most of your day on the phone — following up, building rapport, setting appointments, and moving opportunities through the pipeline. If you come from a sales-focused call center and know how to convert leads, you'll feel right at home.

Compensation:$30,000 - $60,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
- Follow up on every lead in our system — nothing falls through
- Work the CRM daily to keep your pipeline current
- Build rapport, uncover seller motivations, and overcome objections
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers and keep communication tight
- Set and run appointments while negotiating win/win outcomes
- Learn our systems and the real estate process quickly
- Stay sharp on the local market so you can answer questions with confidence
- Attend team meetings and trainings
- Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or Associate's degree
- Sales-focused call center experience preferred
- Proven sales track record a plus
- Working knowledge of Google Docs and/or MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable with a CRM or quick to learn one
- Clean pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Good attendance record; limited travel as needed
