Your Responsibilities
• Assist clients with personal care needs
• Provide medication reminders
• Support light housekeeping tasks
• Assist with meal preparation
• Offer companionship and daily support

Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of Home Health Aide experience
• Valid NYS HHA Certificate
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Current physical exam (within 1 year)
• PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year), or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
• MMR immunization records (within 10 years)
