Reporting to the Director of Administrative Services, this position will focus on daily activities vital to the functionality of the Marketing, Sales Ops, and Admin teams at Spacesaver.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as deemed necessary.

  • Basic Marketing Functions to include:
  • Auditing AC websites for current SSC branding and products
  • Auditing Spacesaver Store to ensure all items in the store are the most up-to-date versions
  • Auditing Widen for the right meta classifications to ensure that items pull into SN3 properly
  • Auditing materials on SN3
  • Scanning and digitizing AC files in the warehouse for Sales Ops
  • Support the Admin team with ongoing work and projects
  • Support additional departments with project work (Finance, Sales, etc.)
