Assistant Manager, Wayfinding & Signage Progr at GREATER ORLANDO AVIATION AUTH – Orlando, Florida

The Assistant Manager of Wayfinding & Signage supports the Senior Manager in the daily operations, creative development, and strategic direction of the comprehensive Wayfinding and Signage program at Orlando International Airport and Orlando Executive Airport. This role assists in overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of effective, user-centered signage solutions across the airport’s campus. The Assistant Manager ensures alignment with operational requirements, airport visual standards, as well as branding standards, and passenger experience goals while managing project workflows, coordinating with vendors, and providing both administrative and leadership support. This position also develops creative concepts, produces high-quality design assets, and helps to lead the visual execution of wayfinding strategies into cohesive, accessible graphic systems. The Assistant Manager serves as the Senior Manager’s delegate when needed and contributes to ongoing process improvements and program innovation.
