Position Summary Information
| Job Description Summary: | *Provide first-level help desk support to help maintain all UNIT-supported systems. *Consult with students, faculty, and staff regarding issues with Villanova technology and systems. *Assist with computer problems and provide diagnosis and resolutions. *Log calls utilizing the TeamDynamix (TDX) ticket system. |

| Requirements: | Some technical knowledge to support the IT infrastructure. Excellent written and oral communication skills. *Excellent customer service skills. |
| Additional Information: | * Summer, Fall, and Spring position. * UNIT will provide ALL training. *Must have a current drivers license to obtain golf cart certification |
