Job Description

Description:

Seeking licensed clinicians willing to be In Person, Full-Time, see Teens/Young Adults, and have After-school/Evening hours.
Provide individual sessions and education to clients in a compassionate and professional manner.
Conduct assessments to identify mental health needs and develop treatment plans.
Provide an ICD-10 Diagnosis.
Maintain appropriate authorizations for services to be in compliance with payer requirements.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to clients
Stay current with best practices in therapy and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
Adhere to practice guidelines regarding proper session coding and client information in the EHR/EMR.
Use supporting software and communications required by the organization.
Follow practice, professional, and ethical guidelines regarding documentation.
Maintain licensure in good standing.

Requirements:

Licensed as a counselor, social worker, or psychologist.
Willing to work with children, teens and adults.
Have no legal violations.
Possess a working knowledge of applicable State and Federal laws pertaining to clinical treatment.
