Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Direct and control the store operations under the guidance of the General Manager
• Achieve budgeted sales and profitability metrics
• Deliver exceptional guest service
• Coach, develop, and lead a high-performing team
• Banquet and Catering sales
• An active member of the local community

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

• 2+ years of General Manager experience in an Upscale, Polished Full-Service restaurant preferred
• Solid understanding of P&L, scheduling, and inventory management
• Knowledge of Food Safety standards
• Steps of Service
• Wine Knowledge
• Sustainable operational results with solid job history
• Hands-on Leadership
• Excellent communication
