Appliance Repair Experience (Required)
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience and the ability to independently diagnose and complete repairs for the following household appliances without supervision:

• Dishwasher (including water leaks, drainage issues, heater or control failures)
• Food disposer (garbage disposal)
• Washing machine
• Clothes dryer
• Oven / range
• Microwave
• Refrigerator

Candidates should be able to:

• Accurately troubleshoot appliance issues
• Perform repairs safely and efficiently
• Replace common components and parts when necessary
• Test and confirm proper operation after repair
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers
• This role requires a technician who can complete appliance repair jobs independently, without escalation to third-party appliance specialists.

We are looking for a seasoned Team Leader with the following experience:

• Bathroom upgrades / remodel
• Drywall repair / patching/ caulking
• Flooring repair and installation
• General carpentry
• General home repairs and handyman work
• Kitchen repair / remodel
• Minor plumbing and electrical
• Painting interior and exterior

The appropriate candidate for the Lead Technician/Handyman position will be proficient in miscellaneous around-the-house type repairs

like carpentry, basic plumbing, drywall, painting, and basic electrical. Candidates do not need to be licensed tradesmen, but those

candidates are welcome to apply.

• speak fluent English.
