Compensation: $900-$1,000 per day or 38% Net Collections, 40% Net Collections when monthly production is greater than $100K

We’re looking for a motivated General Dentist to join our team.

At our well-established practice, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care, building lasting patient relationships, and fostering a supportive, team-oriented environment. There is a lot of potential in the practice for someone experienced in endodontics and implants.

Schedule: Mondays, Thursdays, Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive general dentistry, including:

Fillings, crowns, bridges, and preventive care

Extractions and root canals

Diagnose and manage oral health conditions

Develop treatment plans tailored to each patient

Educate patients on oral hygiene and long-term care

Work collaboratively with assistants, hygienists, and front office staff

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Requirements:

DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school

Valid Illinois dental license

Proficiency with Dental Practice Management Software

Excellent diagnostic, communication, and treatment planning skills

Knowledge of HIPAA and commitment to patient privacy

Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities
