Pay Range: $90,000 - $180,000.00+ per year (Top performers exceed this)

Minimum Experience: Mid Level (4+ Years plumbing/2+ Years Sales (Retail, in-home, commission-based preferred)

Job Description:

Tony’s Plumbing Service - voted Best of 209 for Plumbing and Water Heaters - is growing, and we're looking for a Plumbing Advisor who can confidently guide homeowners to the right plumbing and water solutions.

This is not a service plumber role. This is a consultative, in-home sales position where your technical knowledge and people skills directly drive your income.

If you're tired of running calls without the upside, or you're a natural closer who wants better support, leads, and earning potential - this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Meet with homeowners in their homes (warm, company-provided leads - no cold knocking)Evaluate plumbing systems and water qualityPresent repair, replacement, and upgrade options clearly and confidentlyEducate customers so they feel informed - not pressuredBuild trust, close sales, and deliver a 5-star customer experienceWork closely with service and install teams to ensure smooth handoffs

What We’re Looking For

4+ Years of plumbing experience (service and/or install)2+ Years in sales experience (plumbing highly desired)Valid driver's license with clean driving recordBring in-depth plumbing knowledge to drive business growth and provide expert supportYou're driven, self-motivated, and love setting (and smashing) goalsExcellent communication and follow-though - you build trust fastComfortable working flexible hours (evenings/weekends when customers are home)Ready to climb ladders, crawl attics or under homes when needed - because comfort starts at the sourceIf this sounds like you, we want to meet you!
