About us

• WinChoice a custom manufacturer of replacement windows is looking for a HIGHLY motivated sales contractors that have a hunger and a desire to make commissions averaging $200k-300k a year.
• Our proven sales system will help close 35-50% of all appointments. Our WinChoice marketing team will market, set appointments, and prescreen credit, yes this means every appointment you run has the ability to close.

Contractor Responsibilities

Our Outside Sales Representatives are responsible for helping our clients select style, educating them about the advantages of our windows over other brands, and walking them through the purchasing process, including measurements and specifications.

Qualified Outside Sales Representatives will have the following:

• We’re looking for people who know how to sell well, without the hard sell. Someone who can connect with homeowners, earn their trust, and help them see the value in choosing WinChoice to upgrade or replace their windows.
• Experience with Outside Sales preferred not required. We provide paid training!
• Our reps need to have strong written and verbal communication skills, and strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience measuring windows accurately is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to be part of a team atmosphere is required. Even though our sales team are contractors, our team atmosphere is strong and robust.
• Ability to follow our proven selling system and programs to ensure success for you and WinChoice.
• Self-motivated and organized.
• Valid insurance/driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be willing to travel within 150 miles and meet face-to-face with customers in their homes.
• Basic math skills. Must be able to compute cost factors when preparing estimates.
