Dough Room Commissary at Pizza King – Anderson, Indiana

Pizza King is in search of a hard-worker who has a passion for quality and production to work in the Dough Room at our Commissary location. Dough Room employees are responsible for preparing Pizza King's signature dough while following proper standards and procedures.

Dough Room Requirements:

• Must be 18+ years of age

Dough Room Schedule:

• Monday through Saturday.
• Work from 7a.m. until all tasks for the day are completed, which will allow for evenings off.
• Time and a half pay for hours worked over 40 per week.

Dough Room Responsibilities:

Individual:

• Various dough preparation tasks include:
• Mixing
• Stacking
• Proofing
• Packaging
• Ensure all items are prepared following all standards and procedures.

Other:

• Complete all assigned cleaning work.
• Perform any other assignments or tasks assigned by your manager or supervisor

Physical Requirements:

• Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to be on your feet for extended periods of time
