Urban Egg is going to Austin, Texas and we are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations at this upcoming location. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service to our guests
  • Lead, motivate, and manage departmental managers and staff to meet performance standards
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies and safety standards
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion
  • Optimizing profits by controlling food, beverage and labor costs
  • Hiring, training and developing new team members
  • Increasing sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution

Requirements:
  • Minimum of (3) years GM experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
  • Experience mentoring and training hourly team members
