Scribe (CMA/LPN/EMT)- Urology Clinic at Cookeville Regional Medical Center – Cookeville, Tennessee

The Scribe (CMA/LPN/EMT) is responsible for facilitating patient flow in the clinic setting to ensure an accurate and complete medical record for each patient. Assists medical provider by accompanying them to record details into the Electronic Medical Record.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Must have Certified Medical Assistant diploma/certification, LPN diploma/state license, or EMT diploma/license. BLS Healthcare Provider required within 3 months of hire.

Experience: Prior experience in a healthcare setting helpful, but not required.
