Job Overview

Town and Country Enterprises is hiring an experienced Hardscape Team Lead to guide and execute high-end outdoor construction projects across our residential and commercial client base. As a key member of our Field Operations team, you'll manage on-site crews, oversee the installation of patios, retaining walls, walkways, and other hardscape elements, and ensure work is completed to top standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for building beautiful, lasting outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead hardscape installation crews on residential and commercial projects

  • Interpret and execute blueprints, job specs, and customer requirements

  • Operate and train others on equipment such as skid steers, compactors, saws, and laser levels

  • Ensure job site safety, efficiency, and cleanliness at all times

  • Install patios, retaining walls, walkways, outdoor kitchens, fire features, and more

  • Maintain accurate project records, material usage, and progress updates

  • Communicate clearly with clients, crew members, and management

  • Troubleshoot on-site challenges and implement practical solutions

  • Maintain and ensure proper use of all hardscape tools and machinery

  • Maintaining existing landscapes like pruning, weeding, mulching, ETC

  • Required hands-on landscaping work alongside crew member

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in hardscape installation

  • Prior experience leading teams or managing landscape construction projects

  • Valid drivers license required

  • Strong knowledge of hardscape construction methods, materials, and grading

  • Ability to read blueprints and execute job plans independently

  • Skilled in the safe use of construction equipment and power tools

  • Physically capable of performing labor-intensive tasks in outdoor environments

  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and safety-minded

Schedule
  • Full-Time: MondayFriday

  • Overtime will be required during peak seasons
