This role sits at the intersection of enterprise consulting, AI engineering, and workflow transformation, helping global organizations unlock the value of AI-powered procurement automation. You will work directly with enterprise customers to design and deploy intelligent agent-based solutions that reshape how procurement, finance, and operations teams operate. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you will translate complex business requirements into scalable AI architectures and real-world implementations. The position combines hands-on technical work—such as prompt design, system integration, and workflow orchestration—with strategic customer engagement across senior stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams throughout the entire customer lifecycle. The environment is fast-paced, highly technical, and centered on delivering measurable business impact through AI adoption. This is a high-ownership role where your work directly influences enterprise transformation at scale.
You will act as the technical bridge between enterprise customers and AI product capabilities, guiding them from discovery through implementation and expansion while ensuring successful deployment of AI-driven procurement workflows.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand customer needs, define technical requirements, and serve as a trusted AI advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to map enterprise workflows, identify automation opportunities, and design AI agent architectures that deliver measurable operational value.
- Build, configure, and optimize AI agents, including prompt engineering, workflow design, and behavioral tuning to meet customer-specific requirements.
- Own integrations between AI agents and enterprise systems (ERP, CLM, procurement, ticketing, and other platforms) using APIs, middleware, and iPaaS tools.
- Drive end-to-end implementation delivery, including scoping, solution design, testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring successful production go-lives.
- Enable customer teams to independently manage and scale their AI agents through training, documentation, and best practice guidance.
- Collect and synthesize field insights from deployments, identifying patterns and feeding structured feedback into Product and Engineering teams.
This role requires strong technical consulting expertise combined with hands-on experience in AI systems, enterprise integrations, and customer-facing solution delivery.
- 5+ years of experience in technical consulting roles such as Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Implementation Engineer.
- Proven experience working with AI/LLM-based systems, including prompt engineering and applied LLM workflows.
- Strong technical credibility with the ability to lead architectural discussions and solve complex integration challenges.
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, authentication methods, and integration platforms (iPaaS, middleware tools, etc.).
- Track record of delivering enterprise-grade implementations in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business and operational stakeholders.
- Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and focus on delivering customer outcomes.
- Nice to have: experience with agent-building tools (e.g., n8n, Glean), ERP/CLM/procurement systems, or scripting in Python/JavaScript.
