Our Home Health team is looking for nurses who lead with their hearts. We provide high-quality care where it matters most: in the sanctuary of a patient’s home.

This unique role offers the best of both worlds: while your primary focus remains on Home Health, we provide cross-training in Hospice care. This ensures your clinical skills stay sharp and your days remain diverse, allowing you to support patients through every stage of their journey.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Professional

  • Current license to practice as an RN in the state of North Carolina.

  • Knowledge of current trends and techniques in nursing appropriate to practice setting.

  • One year experience working as an RN within the last three years.

  • Knowledge of reimbursement regulations affecting Home Health arena preferred.

  • Computer experience.

  • Evidence of participation in ongoing CEU’s.

  • Participates in weekend / after hour home visits as required.

  • Current BLS Healthcare Provider Certification.
