About This Position
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Consultant / PP Consultant to support a major corporate separation initiative. The project involves splitting the organization into two independent divisions, requiring significant adjustments and realignment within the SAP Production Planning (PP) and related logistics processes, including Production, Quality Assurance (QA), and Re-pack operations.
This role is essential in ensuring that all PP and logistics processes are properly analyzed, aligned, and transitioned to support the new organizational structure.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert SAP PP (Production Planning) and logistics consulting for a corporate carve-out project.
- Analyze and redesign production, QA, and re-pack processes to align with newly separated business divisions.
- Support system configuration, process mapping, and master data alignment within SAP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure functional requirements are met across both future organizations.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify process gaps and propose optimized solutions.
- Assist in testing activities (SIT, UAT), cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Ensure compliance with functional and operational standards across production and logistics operations.
Qualifications
- Solid hands-on experience as an SAP PP Consultant, with exposure to Production, QA, and Re-pack processes.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations within an SAP environment.
- Experience working on system transitions, separations, or SAP-driven transformation projects is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work with diverse business stakeholders.
- Fluent English and strong, confident Spanish language skills are mandatory.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multinational project environment.
