We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape maintenance and installation, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This role includes physical labor, the use of landscaping tools and equipment, and working in varying weather conditions.

• Perform landscaping tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and weeding.

• Install sod, plants, trees, and shrubs as directed.

• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers).

• Lay mulch, gravel, or decorative stones to enhance garden and yard aesthetics.

• Identify and treat common plant diseases and pest issues.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, supplies, and work areas.

• Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or damages.

• Collaborate with other crew members to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Proven experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or a related field.

• Familiarity with landscaping tools and machinery.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for outdoor work.

• Knowledge of local plant species and landscaping techniques.

• Certification in horticulture, landscape maintenance, or pesticide application.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

• Valid driver’s license

• Outdoor work in various weather conditions

• May involve weekend during peak seasons.

• Use of protective gear such as gloves, boots, and eye protection.
