Imaging Supervisor - Paintsville at King's Daughters – Ashland, Kentucky

Supervisor provides leadership and direction of the staff, operating within established budgetary allowances. The supervisor communicates with the Practice Manager and Directory of Imaging Services for progress and potential problems and maintains accurate and timely records.

Supervises team members in their respective areas.

Is responsible for coordination and evaluation of these units.

Maintain and control staffing levels in Diagnostic Radiology, CT, Cardiac Imaging, and Ultrasound.

Attends all mandatory training programs.

Provides for methods of recruitment, retention for staff.

Oversees the general operations of Diagnostic Radiology’s, CT, Ultrasound and Cardiac Imaging daily practice assuring prudent delegation of duties and responsibilities.

Reports on department progress, budget variances, productivity, objectives and operational issues.

Works effectively with Kentucky clinics to maintain quality assurance guidelines in conjunction with UK King’s Daughters and their established guidelines.
