The Float Bank Manager serves as a strategic market leader and senior resource across multiple Equity Bank branches. Functioning at a Bank Manager level, this role provides consistent leadership, guidance, and performance management for branch teams within a designated area. Acting as an extension of senior retail leadership, the Float Bank Manager ensures strong client engagement, operational efficiency, compliance, and business growth, while fostering a positive and performance-driven branch culture.
