RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of guest rooms, hallways, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure a safe and well-maintained property.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks such as HVAC filter changes, plumbing checks, lighting replacement, and equipment inspections.
• Repair minor electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Respond promptly to maintenance work orders and service requests from guests and staff.
• Identify and report larger repair needs or safety concerns and assist with coordinating repairs as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must pass background check.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Ability to provide friendly, professional service and contribute to a positive guest experience.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with hotel staff.
• Working knowledge of basic trades, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.
