This role is designed for an experienced change management professional who thrives in complex, enterprise-wide transformation programs. The Senior OCM Consultant will lead large-scale initiatives, working closely with executive sponsors and cross-functional teams to ensure strategy translates into adoption and measurable business outcomes. The position requires developing and executing comprehensive OCM strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness planning, and post-go-live reinforcement. Candidates will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where adaptability, strategic thinking, and hands-on delivery are critical. The role blends advisory responsibilities with execution, providing opportunities to influence program success while mentoring others and shaping organizational change practices. Periodic travel within the U.S. is expected to support client engagements.
Serve as the OCM lead for enterprise transformation programs, owning strategy, execution, and adoption outcomes.
Advise senior leaders and executives on change risks, stakeholder alignment, and adoption strategies.
Design and implement change management plans, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and post-go-live reinforcement.
Translate complex initiatives into clear, actionable roadmaps, executive messaging, and guidance for stakeholders.
Facilitate alignment sessions to resolve concerns, build consensus, and clarify requirements across functions and locations.
Integrate OCM activities with project timelines, governance, and program milestones to support overall delivery.
Measure and report on change effectiveness using adoption metrics, readiness indicators, and executive dashboards.
Requirements:
8–12+ years of experience leading organizational change in large, matrixed enterprise environments, ideally in consulting or transformation-focused roles.
Proven experience supporting enterprise-scale transformations, including business process and technology initiatives such as ERP, SaaS, or other enterprise systems.
Ability to advise and influence executive stakeholders with credibility and confidence.
Strong strategic thinking with a willingness to roll up sleeves and execute hands-on work when needed.
Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of how operational, financial, and technology changes drive outcomes.
Adaptable, self-directed, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving requirements.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
