Marketing Assistant at MetCap Living Management Inc – Toronto, Ontario

MetCap Living Management Inc. is one of the largest private third-party property managers specializing in multi-residential property management. We are a growth-oriented company with our head office located in Toronto, Ontario, and property operations in British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, and Nova Scotia.

We're in search of a Marketing Assistant for this newly created, vacant position.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing, Website & Content Management

• Update and maintain property photos across company websites and marketing platforms
• Conduct regular audits of each property to ensure all websites and ILS platforms are aligned.
• Ensure media, amenities, and descriptions align with current websites
• Assist with social media content creation, photography, captions, and storytelling
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms

• Monitor and respond to Google reviews and online inquiries for each property in a professional and timely manner
• Develop strategies to increase positive reviews and improve overall Google ratings by visiting the properties and engaging with residents and resident managers

• Assist with planning, organizing, and promoting resident events
• Attend and support on-site events as required
• Capture content during events for social media and marketing use

• 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field
• Familiarity with website management and online listing platforms
• Understanding of Google Business profiles and online reputation management
• Strong written and visual communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple properties and projects simultaneously
