This role is ideal for a technically savvy and dynamic professional who thrives at the intersection of supply chain, AI, and learning enablement. You will lead immersive, hands-on training and enablement sessions for enterprise clients, translating complex AI concepts—ranging from optimization and probabilistic forecasting to AI agents and workflow automation—into actionable insights. Beyond teaching, you will build starter models, develop repeatable curricula, and design frameworks that empower customers to solve real-world supply chain challenges. This is a highly collaborative position, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and customer teams, while also scaling the organization’s learning programs and establishing best practices. The environment is fast-paced, intellectually rigorous, and focused on innovation in enterprise AI solutions. Strong communication skills and the ability to balance technical depth with clarity are essential for success.
Lead immersive workshops, technical modeling sessions, and onboarding programs across North America for enterprise clients.
Build lightweight starter models, tools, and frameworks that demonstrate real-world decision impact and product value.
Translate complex AI and supply chain concepts, such as optimization, demand sensing, clustering, and agentic AI, into intuitive and actionable insights.
Develop structured product curricula, repeatable training modules, and playbooks to scale learning across teams and clients.
Integrate new AI capabilities into enablement content and continuously refine materials based on field feedback.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and client teams to ensure enablement programs reflect the latest product capabilities and best practices.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in demand, supply, inventory, or network planning, or related fields.
Demonstrated ability to build models, tools, frameworks, or systems that drive business impact.
Expertise or strong interest in optimization-based AI and agent-driven AI, with the ability to lead technical discussions with executives and technical teams.
Excellent communication skills, balancing deep technical knowledge with clear, concise delivery.
Experience developing and scaling training programs, playbooks, or structured curricula is a plus.
Bonus: experience with AI-driven planning tools or training enterprise customers on complex platforms.
Willingness to travel 25%+ and operate in a hybrid environment (Chicago-based or open to relocation).

Competitive base salary: $165,000 – $185,000 USD, plus up to 20% variable compensation based on performance.
