Key Responsibilities

Follow production priorities as established by the department SupervisorFollow all company and department process and proceduresPlanarize and sanding process using mechanical and automated toolsPerform Via Filling process for Flex/Rigid productsInspect via fill quality and complete Via Fill log sheetCommunicate to the department Supervisor any changes in production statusMonitor quality of work and compliance with process and product specifications

Required Skills

Knowledge in understanding prints and specificationsAbility to visually verify fine detail workAbility to pull/lift and carry 50 lbs.Must be able to stand/walk for a long period of timeAbility to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job

Experience Requirements

1-year minimum experience in Print Circuit Board (PCB) preferredKnowledge in manufacturing flex and rigid flex printed circuit boards preferredKnowledge in understanding prints and specifications

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
