Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present features and menus with enthusiasm
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
• Inquire about any specific food sensitivities or allergies at every table greeting
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any needs or concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Paid Sick Leave (Colorado)

Per the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act ("HFWA"), Urban Egg provides the following paid leave to all employees working in a Colorado-based location: Up to 48 hours of paid leave per year, for the use of a variety of health and safety needs. Team members earn 1 hour of leave for every 30 hours worked. Leave is paid at the same pay rate as time worked.

• Prior serving experience in a full-service restaurant
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices
• Strong communication skills with both guests and team members
• Ability to learn and memorize menu items to make knowledgeable recommendations
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset and a willingness to help wherever needed
• Ability to resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic, tactful manner
• Daytime and weekend availability. MUST BE AVAILABLE SUNDAY'S
