Service Manager in Lincoln, Nebraska at Stonebrook Exterior

Position Summary:

The Service Manager will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our service department. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, manage service staff, and drive operational efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Essential Job Functions

• Supervise and lead the service team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer service issues and complaints.
• Monitor service metrics and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational performance.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, logistics, technical support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships related to service operations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on service performance and customer feedback.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a service management or supervisory role.
