Live Oak Veterinary Specialists (LOVS) is an independently owned veterinary specialty and emergency hospital that was founded by Dr. Jason King DACVIM (Neurology) as a neurology/neurosurgery practice in 2015. We are expanding into a purpose built 11,000 sqft facility with multi-specialty and emergency services this month. Our growth is fueled by the demand of our clients and supported by our amazing veterinary referral community to meet the need for an independently owned veterinary specialty and emergency hospital in our rapidly growing greater Savannah region.

Position: Emergency Doctor (Full-Time)

We’re seeking experienced Emergency Doctors (internship-trained preferred) who are passionate about high-quality medicine, teamwork, and continuous growth. You’ll work alongside a talented group of specialists in a fully equipped, state-of-the-art hospital.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide advanced emergency and critical care services with compassion and clinical excellence
• Collaborate closely with internal medicine, surgery, and specialty teams
• Support a positive, learning-focused culture for doctors and technicians
• Help shape a progressive ER service built on trust, integrity, and respect
