District Manager - Operations in Denton, Texas at G & H TRASH VALET INC

We are seeking a hands-on, people-focused District Manager with previous valet trash experience to oversee nighttime operations across an assigned district of approximately 10,000 units.

• Oversee nightly operations, staffing, scheduling, and route coverage.
• Lead, coach, and develop Leads and Valets while promoting accountability and teamwork.
• Conduct property visits, service inspections, and quality-control audits.
• Partner with Account Managers to address customer concerns and maintain strong property relationships.
• Monitor service quality, resolve operational challenges, and ensure accurate nightly reporting.
• Manage supplies, equipment, vehicles, and operational readiness.
• Step into the field when needed to ensure uninterrupted service.

• Previous valet trash experience is required.
• Proven leadership and employee management skills.
• Experience managing schedules, multiple teams, and daily operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to travel between properties and perform hands-on route duties when necessary.

• Sunday – Thursday
• Starting at 6:00 PM through nightly operational closeout.
• Field-based position with a company-issued truck and phone.
• Responsible for an assigned district of approximately 10,000 units.
