About This Position
We have a full time position available in the Woodlands/Cypress/Kingwood area. This is a floating position that works with multiple physicians and teams within our organization. The Dermatologists and Mohs Surgeons are phenomenal and this position supports them while providing crucial support to the team.
This is a full time opportunity, day shift, Mon-Friday. Travel is required and we reimburse certain travel expenses.
Applicants must have experience with rooming & educating patients, obtaining procedure consents, assisting with procedures, documenting in the EMR, scribing for physician, completing patient call backs, scheduling surgeries, logging & tracking pathology, completing prior authorizations, removing sutures and other duties as assigned.
Dermatology experience is a definite plus!
Successful applicants will be quick thinking, team players who are passionate about helping others. The incumbent will be a team player who is empathic, civil and respectful of all stakeholders. They will possess the ability to document accurately and quickly, have knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, medical and medication abbreviations and have the ability to work productively as part of the team.

Possess CCMA or DTECH certification or ability to obtain within 30 - 60 days of hire. Able to perform job dutiesAble to report to work as assigned
